Exhibitor Registration
Instructions
Load In Times:
· Friday, August 1: 10 am – 4 pm
· Saturday, August 2: 7:30 – 9:30 am
Exhibitor Parking:
· Load-in Parking is available immediately in front of Festival Hall. Please limit load-in to 15 minutes.
· Exhibitor Parking is available at Greensboro City Hall, 212 North Main Street, just adjacent to Festival Hall.
· Orange Parking Pass must be displayed in vehicle window.
Set Up:
· Exhibitors will be provided one six-foot long table with table covering and two chairs.
· Booth signage is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
· Electricity is not available unless requested.
Exhibit Instructions:
· Please have your booth set-up and ready to greet guests by 9:30 am.
· Plan to have your booth open until the fair ends at noon. Please do not break down early.
· It is anticipated that that Housing Fair will serve 500-800 participants. Please bring adequate supplies.
