Reynolds Neighborhood Drainage Improvements

A Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) was awarded in the 2011 grant cycle for drainage improvements in the Reynolds Neighborhood; including Reynolds, Walker, Wilson, and Rachel Streets and a portion of Oak Street and MLK Drive.

The project will address water improvements for all streets and drainage within the target area and will add curb and gutter improvements on Reynolds Street.  Construction is slated to begin in mid-April 2013 with project completion later in the summer.

The total project cost is $514,875.  The Community Development Block Grant is funding $482,475 of the project cost with the City of Greensboro providing for the remaining $32,400.
