CHIP Home Improvement Grants
The City of Greensboro is pleased to announce the availability of Community Housing Investment Program (CHIP) funds to assist homeowners with housing rehabilitation. Eligibility will be determined based on household income, location, and need. In addition, funds are targeted to sub-standard housing units located within Census Tract 9503.03, Mill Village Area.
All pre-applications are due by 5 pm on Friday, April 6, 2018. Pre-applications will be directly mailed to homeowners within the designated Census Tract and are available at the Greensboro City Hall located at 212 North Main Street Greensboro, GA 30642. Interested persons who would like to receive a pre-application mailed to them or need assistance completing the pre-application form are asked to contact Ms. Cail Hammons, Community Development Director at (706) 453-7674.
